The Program's – Breakfast Registration – March 25, 2020

Please join us for Breakfast to raise awareness of the dangers of drugs and alcohol within our community and support women in recovery.

We will hear from individuals who are in recovery as well as Kristin Varner from Dauphin County Drug and Alcohol.

REGISTRATION

Please complete the form below to register for the Breakfast on Wednesday, 3/25/2020. After your registration has been completed, you will receive an invoice, via e-mail from PayPal, for registration payment. Your seat will not be reserved until you have provided payment.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CANCELLATION POLICY: The Program, It’s About Change reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment, inclement weather or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If The Program, It’s About Change cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund.

POSTPONEMENT: Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

SUBSTITUTIONS: We understand that circumstances may occur to prevent you from attending an event. If you find that you are unable to attend an event held by The Program, It’s About Change, you are welcome to send a substitute in your place. Substitutions are accepted as long as a written request is received. Substitutions may be made without penalty provided the original registrant contacts The Program, It’s About Change at j.fake@theprogramhbg.org to request this change.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANT: Unless specifically stated, the deadline to request a refund for your registration is 10 business days before the event. Registration cancellations requested prior to the deadline will be eligible to receive a refund less a 5% administration fee. Cancellations received less than 10 business days before the event will not be eligible for a refund and will be billed for the total cost. Registered no-shows are not eligible for a refund and will be billed the total cost. Cancellations will be accepted via e-mail to j.fake@theprogramhbg.org and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee / payee. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee, the event date, and payment method.
